 II. Treasurer's Report - Nikki Seimears
 Membership Dues - $1900.00
 Entries - $1550.00
 Total - $2500.16

 III. Secretary's Report - Sandy Spears
 Minutes read and approved

 IV. Old Business
 Discussion by K. Hodgkiss on finances of the tournament.
 - CX bring $750.00 less, LD/Extemp $50.00 less, Poetry/Prose not paying for itself.
 - Total of $4050.00 in scholarships.
 - Mention of not buying as expensive awards - no vote taken.
 - Suggestion for a lounge fee of $50.00 to be taken - VOTED and approved.
 - Ronda Craig will be in charge of T-shirts for NTDA. A form on the web will be created for schools to order.
 - A reminder to tournament directors to announce about the NTDA Championship.
 - Vote on the increase of membership fees to $75.00 and late fees to $150.00.
 - R. Grant moved to charge a $10.00 lounge fee next year.
 - Change CX fees next year to $30.00, LD $20.00, and IEs $15.00.
 - K. Spence will check into ordering patches.

 V. New Business
 - Vote to drop the boundaries for NTDA so any school may join.
 - Vote to set the date for next year's tournament to February 27 & 28th.
 - Leave the Bylaws the same for 2 years while Prose/Poetry is in a probationary period.
